My Second School. 💚

My second school holds a very special place in my life. It is Sangamitta Balika Vidyalaya, where I joined to continue my Advanced Level (A/L) studies. This school became an important part of my journey and helped shape my future.

Joining a new school was not easy at first. I felt nervous and excited at the same time. Everything was new to me—the environment, the teachers, and the friends. But as time passed, I slowly adjusted and began to feel comfortable.

The teachers at my school were very supportive and dedicated. They guided me in my studies and encouraged me to do my best. Their advice and teaching helped me grow both academically and personally.

I also met many new friends who made my school life enjoyable and memorable. We studied together, shared our experiences, and supported each other during difficult times. Those friendships made my A/L journey more meaningful.

My second school is not just a place of learning, but a place where I gained confidence, knowledge, and unforgettable memories. I am truly grateful for the time I spent there. I love my second school.💚

Some days stay with us forever, no matter how many years pass. For me, one of those unforgettable days was the day I was selected to enter the University of the Visual and Performing Arts .  💃💓👊 Seeing my name there, it felt like my dreams had truly come true. All the hard work and dedication had paid off. It wasn't just recognition; it was a reward for my passion for art.  At that moment, I felt like a new purpose was created in my life. My mother, father, and brother were so happy to hear this. At that moment, tears of joy came to their eyes. I love the tears that come from those eyes. I love the value that those hearts have created for me. So, I hope to successfully complete my university education, face society as a successful citizen, and fulfill my duties to society and my family as a graduate.

  Perched gracefully on Sri Lanka’s southwestern coast, Galle Fort is a living postcard of history, culture, and coastal charm. Originally built by the Portuguese in the early 1500s and later fortified by the Dutch, this UNESCO World Heritage Site beautifully blends centuries-old architecture with modern life. Galle Fort is an interesting place for tourists. When we look at it in detail, we get an insight into the architecture, carvings, etc. of the people who lived there. Wandering through Galle Fort feels like stepping back in history. The thick stone ramparts offer sweeping views of the Indian Ocean — especially magical at sunset, when golden hues light up the sea and sky.
